EXPERIENCED LEGAL REPRESENTATION

Our team has extensive insurance, wildfire and disaster related litigation experience. Alexander Schack was lead counsel against Sempra Energy in the 2007 San Diego Wildfire Litigation, the largest fire case in California history, and obtained substantial settlements for over 300 clients. Mr. Schack was also lead counsel against Nevada energy in the 2011 Caughlin Fire Litigation. Similarly, Stephen B. Murray, Sr. and Jessica Hayes successfully represented individuals affected by Hurricane Katrina and the BP Oil Spill (“Deepwater Horizon”). In addition, Natasha Serino was co-liason counsel for plaintiffs in the 2017 Canyon Fire Litigation against Caltrans.
